Mentorship

One of the strongest predictors of professional success is whether someone has a mentor. Each department has a mentoring program, and COM programs include the COMPAS (COM Peer Advancement Societies) Program, designed to provide peer mentorship around common professional goals with a senior mentoring facilitator. Learn about departmental mentoring programs and COM resources for faculty seeking a mentor, as well as for mentors and departments interested in developing or improving a mentorship program. Several of our outstanding faculty mentors have been honored with the College of Medicine Mentoring Awards.
